This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the Menoralvi online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”). It explains when an order may be cancelled, how to submit a request, and how refunds are handled.
1. Eligible Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours after placement, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has already been shipped, direct cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, you may contact us after delivery to request a return and refund. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further details.
2. How to Request an Order Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team by email or phone.
When submitting your request, please provide your order number and proof of payment so we can verify the order status promptly.
Once your request is received, our team will review it as soon as possible.
If the order qualifies for cancellation, we will notify you of the result and arrange the refund accordingly.
If the order cannot be cancelled due to its current status, we will advise you on the next available steps.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA.
Refunds are typically completed within 8–10 business days, depending on the processing time of your card issuer.
