Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 40 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted within this period will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.

A return or exchange may be requested under the following circumstances:
- The product shows visible exterior defects
- The product has quality-related issues
- The product has an unusual odor or significant color variation
- The item received does not match the order
- Returns or exchanges requested without a specific reason, provided the conditions are met
3. How to Submit a Request
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us by email or phone and provide the following details:
your order number, proof of payment, reason for the request, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our customer service team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
4. Returning the Item & Inspection
Once your request is approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.
Please carefully pack the product together with all accessories and materials in the original packaging, and include the return label enclosed in the package before sending it back.
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected promptly to confirm that it matches the reported condition.
5. Exchange Processing
If an exchange is requested and the returned item passes inspection, a replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days to the original delivery address.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA.
Refunds are typically completed within 8–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

7. Shipping Cost Responsibility
1 For returns or exchanges due to product defects, quality issues, odor, severe color differences, or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by us.
2 For returns made without a specific reason, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
8. Additional Notes
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If any issue is found, please document it promptly and contact us.
Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling after delivery is not covered under this policy.
