We strive to ensure the website operates smoothly, but brief interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
Users are responsible for any losses resulting from mistakes or misuse of their accounts.

3. Products, Availability, and Pricing
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
Stock availability may change rapidly; final confirmation occurs at the time of order submission.
Prices may be updated at any time; confirmed order prices remain unchanged.

4. Ordering and Payment
Please verify your shipping details, product quantity, and selections before placing an order.
Orders enter processing once payment is completed. For modifications, contact customer service promptly.
Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and other supported cards.
Shipping Fees:

  • Orders with a total value of 135 AUD or more (including 135 AUD) qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders below 135 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 6.99 AUD will be applied. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Area: Australia only
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 17:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are usually processed the same day; orders after 17:00 or on non-working days are processed the next business day
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–10 business days after dispatch
  • Carriers: Toll, StarTrack, DHL Express
  • Order Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number, payment information, and carrier details. You may also track your order on the website by entering your email or phone number along with the order number

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders not yet shipped can be canceled within 48 hours of placement
  • Orders older than 48 hours or already shipped must follow the return process after delivery for a refund
  • To cancel, contact customer service via email or phone with your order number and proof of payment
  • Once approved, we will notify you of the cancellation and process the refund

7. Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • Eligibility: Within 40 days of receipt
  • Accepted Cases: Cosmetic defects, quality issues, odors, significant color differences, incorrect items, or no-reason returns
  • Request Method: Submit your order number, proof of payment, and relevant photos or videos via email or phone
  • Return Packaging: Include all accessories, materials, and the return label provided by us
  • Processing: Once the returned item is received and verified, exchanges are shipped within 1–3 business days; refunds are processed within 8–10 business days to the original payment method
  • Shipping Costs: We cover returns for product issues; for no-reason returns, the user is responsible
