This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Menoralvi online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”). It is intended to help you understand our delivery coverage, shipping timelines, and related responsibilities.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery services across Australia only. Orders from regions outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Orders with a total value of 135 AUD or more (including 135 AUD) qualify for free shipping.
For orders below 135 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 6.99 AUD will be applied. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Order Cutoff Time
Our order processing hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed and successfully paid before 17:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 17:00, or on non-business days, will be processed starting from the next business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed, it will enter the preparation stage. The standard processing time is 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, packaging, and dispatch preparation.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics arrangements.
6. Shipping Carriers
We select suitable carriers based on order size and delivery requirements. Commonly used carriers include:
- Toll
- StarTrack
- DHL Express
7. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping information.
Once shipped, you may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to check the current status of your order.
8. Responsibility Statement
- If your product is damaged or confirmed lost during transit, please contact us promptly after receipt so we can assist you.
- Orders that have entered processing or shipment cannot be freely modified or canceled. Please refer to the Order Cancellation and Returns Policy for further guidance.
- Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details rests with the customer.
9. Delivery Confirmation
We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. If there are any visible issues with the packaging or contents, please retain relevant photos or videos and contact us as soon as possible.
