On Menoralvi (hereinafter “we”), you can freely explore our outdoor furniture collection, including hammocks, hanging chairs, outdoor bar furniture, daybeds, lounge furniture, and complete lounge sets. Click on each product to view detailed information such as dimensions, materials, colors, and design features, helping you easily find your perfect choice.
2. Select and Add to Cart
Once you’ve decided on a product, select the quantity and style, then click “Add to Cart.” The cart allows you to adjust quantities or remove items at any time, making checkout flexible and convenient.
3. Review Your Order
Before proceeding to checkout, please double-check your shipping address, contact information, and billing details to ensure accuracy. Confirming product names, quantities, and delivery details helps avoid shipping delays or mistakes.
4. Choose Payment Method and Complete Payment
We accept multiple credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. Once payment is completed, your order enters the processing stage. You will receive an order confirmation email containing order details and estimated shipping information.
5. Order Processing and Shipment
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, we arrange shipment and provide the logistics carrier details along with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.
6. Shipping Service
Shipping is available throughout Australia. Orders totaling A$135 or more qualify for free shipping; orders below A$135 incur a A$6.99 shipping fee. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch. You can check your shipment status anytime on our “Order Tracking” page by entering your email or phone number along with the order number.
7. Receiving and Inspection
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage or irregularities, contact our customer service team promptly so we can resolve the issue efficiently and ensure a smooth experience.
8. After-Sales and Returns
